I had visitors last week end and gave them Tasty Jackets for lunch. I have to tell you that these lived up to their name and were delicious and very filling. Quite a tasty change from basic jackets with cheese srpinkled on the top!!!!
Glad you liked them. I am a big fan of jacket potatoes. There are one of the few healthy options available at outside events – but they are never as tasty as the Tasty Jacket Potatoes in the 2012 Dairy Diary!
