I always have to think twice about which year it is when writing the date as we work so far in advance; in fact, we will be soon planning the 2024 Diary! Do let us know if you have any suggestions for features and recipes to include, or for new products that you would like to see on sale from Dairy Diary.
Before returning to work and planning new books, we will be starting the New Year as we mean to go on; by cooking some of our delicious recipes. In our house, we LOVE a weekend brunch and the recipes below are some of our absolute favourites. Served with mugs of hot chocolate or proper home-brewed coffee they make the perfect fuel for a family walk in the frosty winter countryside.
